New Year, New Health

The dreaded New Year’s resolution… What will 2020 mean to you? This is the beginning of a new decade, so if you have the opportunity to make a change, this is the year. Many people opt for a fitness or health goal that is physical, but health is more than physical. How is your mental state going into January 2020? Here are a few key ideas for improving mental health that are free!

Tell yourself something positive.

Write down something you are grateful for.

Focus on one thing (in the moment).

Exercise.

Eat a good meal.

Open up to someone.

Do something for someone else.

Take a break.

Go to bed on time.

Start TODAY. Take the first step, and the rest will follow. Happy New Year!!
