We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday! Whether you chose to take a Christmas vacation or enjoy the holiday at home, we hope it was time well spent with those you love. We know you are probably running around trying to wrap up the year. While you are writing those New Year’s resolutions, and waiting for the ball drop, we have some of our favorite movies of the year:
Incredibles 2- reuniting Pixar’s family crime fighting team for a long-awaited follow up.
A Quiet Place- artfully plays on elemental fears with a creature as original as it is scary.
Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind- a peek behind the curtain of a brilliant performer’s tragically curtailed life and career. Examining the career, life, artistry and legacy of the late Robin Williams.
The Hate U Give- hitting the hard stuff. Based on the critically acclaimed New York Times bestseller by Angie Thomas following Starr Cater finding her voice in a life where she is balancing between her neighborhood life and her school life.
Black Panther- elevating superhero cinema to new heights while telling one the MCU’s most absorbing stories.
Paddington 2- balancing heartwarming family fare and purely enjoyable all-ages adventure.
As the year does come to an end, we hope you enjoy the time you have with your family.
