Sweet Fall Treats

Beyond pumpkin spice and everything nice, are many other flavors that seem to hit the spot during the fall season. Don’t get me wrong, pumpkin bread straight out of the oven is like the smell of the season. Let’s not forget about Apple pie, Carmel Apple suckers, or even Carmel Apple Pie Gelato. When the weather cools down, it seems like baking becomes a desirable pastime. We thought we could share some simple snacks/ desserts you can make this season.

Carmel Apple Pizza –
Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Egg, Vanilla, Flower, Baking Powder, Salt – mix
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
Then mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, spread on cookie
Add Apples, Caramel drizzle- pecans

Pumpkin Cheesecake Roll –
Flour, Sugar, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Baking Soda, Salt, Pumpkin Puree, Eggs – mix
Baking sheet – bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Powdered sugar, and roll/ cool
Filling- cream cheese, Powdered Sugar, Melted Butter, Vanilla, Salt- mix

Leaf Cookies –
Sugar Cookie Dough, Flour
Divide in 4 bowls – color one red, one green, one yellow, and one orange
Mush them all together
Roll out and use leaf cookie cutters
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
