The Holiday Movie Classics

It’s that time of year when snuggling up with a cozy blanket, hot chocolate and your favorite holiday movie is upon us! Scrooge was the first on screen version of the play A Christmas Carol and this story has continued to be remade into movies and plays throughout the years. Other classics like It’s A Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street have also remained as some top leaders in this nostalgic category. It has become a common theme to remake old movies; there is something to be said about the quality of a great film that enters itself into the category to be remade. The classics will live on forever because of this, new versions of the classics allow new generations to experience and appreciate the joy of the classic holiday movies and the joy they continue to bring.
